A beautiful moment with Pops last week has stayed with me. We shared a comfortable calm after our reiki session… As he lay sharing his thoughts about the experience, I kneeled beside him. Sunlight through the white curtains lit his eyes, shining back up from behind his spheres of blue… they were looking towards the ceiling, but focused on a point beyond. I watched his eyes as he spoke transfixed on some nether space. I thought of the worlds they’ve seen, all he’s lived and viewed from his point of being. His eyes held softly by a face with lines of living different paths. 82 years, sunlit clear blue with sounds of construction outside and cars rushing there different destinations. We sat together in a weightless moment with the world rushing around us
